How to Book

Please read all the information below to help you make your booking

How to Book Online
  • To book online, please choose your desired activity from the items list which will take you into the product page and then select the date(s) you wish to book from the drop down list. Dates will be removed once the group is full.
  • Follow the on screen instructions to complete the booking.
  • In the order comments field, please put your dogs name, breed and age.
  • You'll receive an email to confirm that your online booking has gone through (please read payment details below).
  • If you haven't trained with us before, please also have a read of our New Starters Notes.

  • If you are making a booking for multiple dates, your order acknowledgement email will say the total for all lessons is now due by BACS.. However payments can be made on the lesson date by cash or before the start of your lesson by BACS for each individual date. 
  • You are however booking and committing to those lessons chosen and we have a zero refunds policy for cancellations.
  • Payment for any cancelled/non-attended lessons needs to be received before any further bookings will be confirmed or future training attended.

How to Book Manually

  • If you prefer you can complete a manual booking form, To make a manual booking, please either download a booking form from the link below or contact us and we can send it to you.
  • Once you return your form to us we will book your spaces (if available) and you will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been made and places confirmed.
  • Please however make sure you have read all the information above including payment terms and conditions and new starters notes if applicable.
